Experience the best of Wellen Park Wellen Park's downtown area, also known as Downtown Wellen, is designed to be a vibrant hub of activity, blending retail, dining, entertainment, and outdoor experiences. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge. Golf and Pro Shop is available year-round. The Tiki Bar, pickle ball and tennis courts will be ready in August, the fitness center will be available in September and the community club pool will be ready in November.
